As a healthcare consumer, you are free to choose your provider and do your rehabilitation with whom you feel most comfortable. Paul will make sure he understands your goals and help you achieve a rehabilitation outcome that is specific to you.  Paul is an Athletic Trainer with vast experience with junior high, high school, college and university, professional athletes as well as adults working to stay fit or rehabilitate from an injury.

His focus on reducing risk of injury by preventative rehabilitation through flexibility, strength, technique, and form training uses his knowledge and expertise to determine the root of the injury and pain. From the initial injury assessment through the entire rehabilitation process, Paul creates a rehabilitation program specifically for you to help bring you back to pre-injury levels of activity.

For follow up rehab sessions, your cost is $120 for one hour or $75 for 30 minutes. In these follow up rehab session, we will work with you to provide the best rehab techniques for your situation.  Your questions will be answered, and you will gain greater insight into what you can do on your own to speed your recovery.  Most evaluations and treatments will typically take 1 hour and you will get excellent care.

TESTIMONIALS

Read what our members have to say
about their achievements!
Running
“I have been doing something for the last 6 months that I have never done before in my life – I run.  I’m not fast but I run about 2.5 miles every other day.  I sweat, I clear my head and listen to music.  I am down 25 pounds and feel great.  I am a better mom, wife, and friend because I feel better.  I can’t thank you enough for this gift, for build up of confidence to do this and keep doing it, to want to do it.  About a year ago you gave this non-runner a chance – best decision I ever made!!”
“I didn't come from a running background and didn't think I would ever be able to run without hurting.  I was 280 pounds and wanted to get in better shape.  The next thing I know its 6 months later and I am now 220 pounds and just finished my FIRST Half Marathon!  So excited to see what the next 6 months brings.”
“PXP Endurance has some great people involved and Paul is knowledgeable in more than just triathlon training.  He was able to help me with my running form and helped me get faster.”
“I had run a couple half marathons before working with Paul and never came close to breaking the 2 hour mark.  After working with Paul through his coaching and guidance I was not only able to break the 2 hour mark, but I had a 23 min PR at the 2014 Monumental Half Marathon.  Not only did I improve my time, but I was able to convince myself that I am a runner.”
“Things were very straight forward. I liked the use of training peaks. It made it easy to be accountable.”
“I wish I had met Paul many years ago.  He has helped me regain some of my speed from a few years ago.”
Triathlon
“In tackling my first full distance Ironman this summer, Paul compiled a comprehensive training plan that included: off-season strength training, pre-season build, race specific training, and taper.  The periodization of the year allowed me to compartmentalize my training and see the accomplishments of each period's goals.  Having access to my workouts on my iOS devices allowed me to quickly reference daily workouts on the go, as well as track by week/month, etc to look at my progress and gains.”
“PXP Endurance allowed me to create a comprehensive training program tailored to meet my individual goals.  Due to job and travel demands, as well as a young and growing family, I needed to have a dynamic training schedule and coach that would allow me to shift workouts to maintain a consistent and productive routine.”
“I was afraid of the water.  I couldn't even swim the length of a 25 yard pool without having to stop and catch my breath.  I completed my first 1.2 mile swim in open water in less than 6 months and felt comfortable.”
“I had never done a triathlon before deciding to take on a Half-Ironman (70.3 mi) distance race.  I was nervous that I couldn't do it and that I wouldn't be able to handle the training.  Through the pre-season build and then the actual training plan I started to gain more and more confidence.  The day of the race came and I was no longer nervous! I knew I was prepared to have a great race because of the coaching and work I had put in.”
“I have had a history of training for an Olympic triathlon but always got hurt and couldn't compete.  Paul was able to help me complete my first Half-Ironman (70.3 mi) injury free.”
Rehabilitation
“Paul brings several things to the table; his professional background, his innate desire to motivate and bring out the best in people and finally his own IM experiences. The combination of the three made for someone that brought an incredible amount of knowledge and guidance to the table throughout my training and rehabilitation.”
“Paul listens first. It is crucial that both coach/trainer and athlete are both on the same page with goals and expectations.”
“Over the course of any Ironman season, you are inevitably going to have bumps and bruises along the way.  PXP Endurance offers a variety of resources to help with injury prevention and maintenance (massage/PT), injury diagnosis, and rehabilitation.  Without the PXP Endurance team, I would still be nursing several nagging injuries and ultimately would have prevented me from achieving my goals.”
“Paul was very helpful when I needed to ask a question or was concerned about an injury. He was very uplifting and encouraging on race day”
“His guidance through injury was instrumental in getting me to the start line and crushing all of my previous PR's”
“Ironman Louisville was quickly approaching  and I had a nagging knee issue that was threatening to stop my journey, Paul created a practical, no nonsense plan to treat my injury. Without Paul's extensive knowledge and understanding of the sport, I wouldn't have made it to the finish line. Thank you Paul”
