Paul Plummer is the heart behind PXP Endurance. With over 30 years of experience and a lifelong passion for endurance sports, Paul has dedicated his career to helping athletes reach their full potential. As a Indiana hall of Fame Athletic Trainer and Golden Pinnacle Award recipient, he is recognized as a very accomplished professional in his field. 

Paul spent nearly two decades in collegiate athletics as a Head Athletic Trainer and Director of Athletic Training Services working closely with NCAA Division 1 athletes to support performance and recovery. He then continued his career at one of the nation's top sports performance clinics, where he coached high school standouts, future Olympians, professional athletes, and recreational runners alike. His approach blends deep technical knowledge with genuine, personal care for every athlete he coaches. 

Beyond his professional accolades, Paul is an accomplished endurance athlete himself. He has completed multiple 70.3 and 140.6-mile triathlons and understands the mental and physical demand of long-distance racing firsthand. His coaching is rooted in science, experience, and a true love for the process of training and achieving goals.

PXP ENDURANCE'S COACHING PRINCIPLES

Training Plans Should be Tailored
  • Everyone has their own goals
  • Running and triathlons require that you train the 3 primary energy systems
  • Plans are tailored to your schedule and availability
Training Should Reduce Injury Risk
  • All PXP Endurance Members are screened using an FMS (Functional Movement Screen) to assess deficiencies and imbalances
  • Workouts will increase in both volume and intensity
  • Progression through your training plan will be determined based on your body response to workouts
  • To prevent injury you will initially focus on technique and form, not volume
Training Should be Fun​
  • You are choosing to do this, have fun while working hard
  • Accountability of PXP Endurance group members is essential to your success
  • Training with other like-minded individuals makes it more enjoyable

CLASSES

A good strength foundation will help
​prevent injuries and improve performance.
Functional Strength Classes
​Functional strength classes focus on form and technique first, then help you build your functional strength. Classes are targeted for runners, triathletes, cyclists or anyone that wants to improve overall strength and fitness. All classes are led by PXP Endurance coach Paul Plummer. Functional strength classes are beneficial to all individuals regardless of age or ability. All Classes are free to Elite Members at iNFiTNESS Club located at 9525 N Meridian, Indianapolis.  You can also purchase class packages individually.
Functional Strength Class Schedule
Monday – Wednesday – Friday

7:00 - 7:50 a.m.

5:00 - 5:50 p.m.

Cycling Classes
Cycling classes are individualized workouts designed to build power and strength on the bike. Your Functional Threshold Power and training zones are used to target specific training intensities to help you achieve your race and fitness goals. Bring bike, shoes, a towel, and a water bottle. All Classes are free to Elite Members at iNFiTNESS Club located at 9525 N Meridian, Indianapolis. You can also purchase class packages individually.

Your body composition is more important than just a number on a scale.
