Your Goals—Your Success is not just a tagline!
Led by Paul Plummer, a coach with 30+ years in endurance sport and athletic training, PXP is built on a simple insight: Most athletes don’t fail from lack of effort—they fail from preventable breakdown.
Our Athletes attain local, national and world championship podium finishes and continue to set new PRs year after year!

Train With Purpose, Not Just Volume
At PXP Endurance, we help everyday endurance athletes train smarter, not just harder. We combine science-driven insight with real coaching relationships, so you understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how it fits into your life.
**Why PXP Endurance Exists**
I didn’t start PXP Endurance to hand out generic training plans. I built it for athletes who want clarity: a plan that respects their physiology, family, career, and goals—and a coach who sees them as a person, not a data point.
We use data where it matters to guide decisions, but the conversation always starts with you: your story, your stress, your time, and what success looks like in your world.
**Our Coaching Philosophy**
• Every athlete is unique, so every plan should be too.
• Data is a tool; your life, goals, and values are the priority.
• The best progress comes from the right work at the right time, not endless “more.”
• Coaching is a relationship built on trust, communication, and shared purpose.
If you’re ready to move beyond generic plans and start training with precision, let’s talk about what’s possible when science and human connection work on the same team.
Why More Isn’t Always Better
- 1. Harder Training Without Direction - Adding more volume or intensity without the right progression can create fatigue instead of improvement.
- 2. Small Issues Become Big Setbacks - Without strength, recovery, and durability work, injuries often interrupt the progress you worked hard to build.
- 3. Generic Plans Don’t Know You - Your training should adapt to your goals, schedule, experience, and how your body responds.
- 4. Short-Term Gains Can Limit Long-Term Success - The best athletes don’t just train harder , they manage training, recovery, and progression.
What Changes When You Train With PXP
- 1. You Become More Durable - Handle higher training demands with fewer setbacks.
- 2. You Become More Consistent - Stop restarting and building momentum.
- 3. You Become More Confident - Know exactly what to do and why you are doing it.
- 4. You Become More Capable - Perform when it matters, training days, race day, and beyond.
