Functional Strength Classes
Having a good strength foundation will help prevent injuries and improve performance. We focus on form and technique first, then help you build your functional strength. We do this to reduce your risk of injury!! Classes are targeted for runners, triathletes, cyclists or anyone that wants to improve overall strength and fitness. The classes are led by PXP Coach Paul Plummer who has many years of experience maintaining and building strength in athletes of all levels of experience . There are individuals from as young as 10 or as experienced as 80 that have gained valuable strength and technique from these classes or individual training.

Prices per Month: ($15 per Individual Class)
12 Classes (MWF) - $150 (save $30 off per class rate) - PXP Members
8 Classes (TTH) - $100 (save $20 off per class rate) - PXP Members
12 Classes (MWF) - $180 - Non-Members
8 Classes (TTH) - $120 - Non-Members
Family Discounts Available - 2 family members is $125 each per month (save $55 each off per class rate).
- 3 + family members is $330 per month (only pay for 3 at $110 each, additional members free).
Individual Private Training is available at $65 per hour or $45 per half hour. Small Groups of 2-3 individuals $45 each per hour or 4-6 individuals $30 each per hour. These are great for more individual focused results.
We also offer in-home Personal Training. With busy schedules, sometimes it is easier for the Workout to come to you. For more information on this service contact Paul at 812-208-2318.
