Cycling Classes

Cycling classes can help you build your power and strength on the bike.  You will be taken through a series of workouts designed to increase your cycling power and output targeted at your individual race goals. Each month we will begin with a functional power test to determine your FTP and zones for that month.  Bring your bike, shoes, towel, water bottle and the desire to gain more power on the bike and leave the rest up to us.

Mon-Wed-Fri Options:
6:30 - 7:30 am
9:30 - 10:30 am
12:00 - 1:00 pm
6:00 - 7:00 pm

Tues-Thurs Options

5:30 - 7:00 am
8:30 - 9:30 am
9:30 - 10:30 am
12:00 - 1:00 pm
5:00 - 6:30 pm

Sunday Classes as part of T/Th or separate as space allows
6:00 - 7:30 am
8:00 - 9:30 am

Prices per Month:

$150 - PXP Member
$180 - Non-Members

Drop in Price
$15 per Class Weekdays or $20 per Class Weekends - if space is available.  Contact Paul to see if there is space for that class.
